Patients families can choose communities based on the level of care your loved one may need. From the start, we will help you and your family discuss the needs and future desires of the patient.  For example, some families wish to have their loved one placed in an Independent Living Facility that offers a continuum of care so patients can have all their needs met in one community.  Other families needs may be different.   Adult Care Advisors will be able to provide you with years of knowledge, experience and expertise.
