Is there a cost for your service?

Adult Care Advisors is a free referral service that will hold your hand through the entire process of and get you the best care for you or your loved one.  We will use our resources and help you find the best fit -whether it is a home health aide because you or your loved one always wanted to stay at home or an assisted living that will promote social interaction. 

Then how do you get paid?

Since we feel that families are going through enough at this point of their lives, we do not want them to incur any additional expenses.  We are reimbursed from the community.   We receive the same amount from each community and if you go to a community where we did not recommend, we receive nothing aside for the satisfaction that we helped you through a difficult time.  

Do you follow up with families that have placed their loved ones in communities?

We stay in contact with families and love to hear how they are adapting to their new lives and take all comments positive and negative into account in the future.
